Payment Policy & Our Scope of Services

Payment Policy – Chalofly


To confirm your travel package or flight booking, the following payment structure will apply:

 Payment Terms:




  1. Advance Payment:


    A minimum of 25% to 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking confirmation.

    For flight-inclusive packages or fixed departures, 100% of the flight fare may be required upfront.


  2. Final Payment:


    The balance amount must be paid at least 10 days prior to the departure date.

    In case of last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of booking.


  3. Modes of Payment:


    Payments can be made via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, NEFT/RTGS or through authorized Chalofly representatives.


  4. Delayed or Incomplete Payments:


    Bookings without full payment may be auto-cancelled, and applicable cancellation charges will apply.

    Chalofly will not be liable for any service lapse due to payment delays or failures.

 ✈️ If your itinerary involves flights from multiple airlines, you may be required to collect your baggage at the connecting airport and check it in again for the onward or return journey. Always check your flight details in advance.


 For any changes, cancellations, or refund-related queries, please refer to Chalofly’s official Cancellation & Refund Policy available on our website or contact our support team.


 Keep your valid ID proof and travel documents ready at all times during the journey.


 We recommend light and comfortable packing – include essentials like medicines, power banks, and clothing appropriate to the destinations and weather.

40–30 Days before departure Convenience Fees + 50% of Land Package Cost
Less than 30 Days before departure 100% of the Tour Cost
No-show for any reason 100% of the Tour Cost

If a tour is canceled for any reason, the following cancellation charges will apply

Cancellation Procedure for Land Package:


If your destination becomes non-operational due to government guidelines/SOPs, Chalofly shall not be held responsible.


Charges will be based on the cancellation policy of the hotel, transport provider, or other third-party services involved in the booking.


Cancellations must be emailed to Packages@chalofly.com between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on working days. Emails received after 5:00 PM will be processed the next working day.


⚠️ Important Notes:


Cancellation charges may exceed the standard Chalofly policy if third-party vendors (e.g., hotels, activity providers) impose stricter rules.


Dynamic/non-refundable services (e.g., Taj, Oberoi, ferry tickets, water activities) may incur 100% cancellation from the moment of confirmation.


Changes in travel dates may also attract additional cancellation penalties.


Chalofly reserves the right to amend this policy at any time based on service provider terms, travel dates, or destination conditions.




✈️ Airline Cancellation Policy


All flight bookings on Chalofly.com are subject to airline-specific cancellation terms in addition to Chalofly’s service cancellation charges.


 Flight Cancellation Charges:


Airlines may levy charges based on fare type, booking class, or proximity to the departure date.


Some promotional or special fares are non-refundable.


Chalofly’s cancellation support applies only if the airline refunds the amount. If the airline defaults or discontinues operations, Chalofly is not liable.


Cancellation Procedure for Flights:


For cancellations more than 48 hours before departure, email us at Support@chalofly.com (between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on working days).


For cancellations within 48 hours, contact the airline directly. Chalofly cannot guarantee assistance for last-minute requests.


⚠️ Important Notes:


For some airlines, cancellation requests must be made 48+ hours before departure. Failure to do so may result in a No-Show, and Chalofly will not be responsible for refunds.


Special fare bookings (e.g., fixed departures, promo fares) may attract 100% cancellation from the time of confirmation.


Chalofly only facilitates bookings and is not liable for airline schedule changes, technical issues, government orders, or emergencies (e.g., strikes, curfews).


Refunds will only be processed once the airline refunds Chalofly. The time taken for refunds is subject to the airline or service provider’s timelines.


In case of unforeseen airline issues (delays, cancellations, route changes), Chalofly will assist with alternatives or refunds if supported by the airline.




By paying the booking advance, the traveler acknowledges and accepts Chalofly's Cancellation Policies and Terms & Conditions.
