    As per recent budget updates, a Service Tax is applicable on the ticket fare for passengers traveling on Air Conditioned buses and domestic flights, based on the class of the flight.

  6. Operational Disclaimer
    Chalofly is an online platform for booking flights and bus tickets. We do not operate any flights or bus services. Only authorized operators will be listed on the website.

  7. Ticket Issuance and Support
    Chalofly is responsible for issuing valid tickets, providing support in case of cancellations, and assisting with information regarding flight and bus operators.

  8. Service Responsibility
    Chalofly is not responsible for any delays, service disruptions, availability issues, or loss of goods and property on flights or buses.

  9. Liability Disclaimer
    Chalofly is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or harm caused to passengers and is exempt from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from such incidents.

  10. Boarding Timeliness
    Passengers are required to arrive at the specified boarding point well in advance of the scheduled departure time.

  11. Ticket and ID Proof
    Passengers must carry a copy of their ticket when boarding the flight or bus, as proof of purchase. Failure to present the ticket and valid ID proof (Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, or Voter ID) may result in being denied boarding.

  12. Weather-Related Changes
    Any changes to travel dates due to weather conditions will be communicated to you via email or phone.

  13. Correct Contact Information
    It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact details to ensure timely delivery of booking confirmations. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 hours, please contact us.

  14. Bank Charges
    Bank transaction charges may apply depending on your payment method (card/bank).

  15. Offers and Discounts

  • Offers cannot be combined with other ongoing discounts or promotions.
