Chalofly Service Fee: Non-refundable.
Chalofly shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Airlines/ Bus closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent.
The customers or clients or agents shall not hold the Chalofly liable to pay the refunds as assured at the time of booking of ticket in cases where the Airlines/Bus operators closes its operation or declares itself as insolvent.
Rescheduling Policy:
Date Change Fees: As per airline policies + fare difference.
No-Show Tickets: No refund for missed flights without prior cancellation.
2. Bus Ticketing
Cancellation Policy:
Operator-Specific Rules: Cancellation fees depend on the bus operator.
Partial Refund: If canceled before the deadline set by the operator.
Last-Minute Cancellations: May result in 100% cancellation charges.
Non-Refundable Tickets: Some low-cost fares are fully non-refundable.
Refund Policy:
Processing Time: Credited issued within 3-7 working days.
Mode of Refund: Credited back to the original payment source.
Chalofly Service Fee: Non-refundable.
3. General Terms & Conditions
No Refund for No-Show: If a customer fails to board a flight or bus, no refund is applicable.
Airline/Operator Cancellations: Refunds will be processed as per their policy.
Force Majeure Events: No refunds for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
Refund Processing Time: Depends on the respective airline or bus operator’s policies.
